Agency Administrator


GROWL Agency is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team, based at our Grand Junction, CO office.  As our detail-oriented Agency Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. You will support the entire team including project-based support for the GROWL Executive team.

As an outstanding candidate, you are a go-getter, a hustler, and a natural-born leader. This role will require you to interact and collaborate with our full team regularly as well as period communication with clients and vendors. You possess a strong passion for organization and are willing to continually challenge yourself and learn. Additionally, you possess a strong understanding of business and willingness to learn how our business operates and how you can provide the greatest value for GROWL and our clients as a GROWL Agency representative.

JOB OVERVIEW:

📍 Grand Junction, CO
Minimum 1-year experience in an office environment
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
Clear history of working collaboratively with teams

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, preparation, personnel questions, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and refreshments, maintaining records, and managing database systems.
  • Onsite coordinator for deliveries, building maintenance, and other service providers.
  • Under the direction of the executive team, support execution of projects, programs, and events.
  • Assists with the delivery of company-wide communication.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence, as needed.
  • Professionally greet and direct guests and clients.
  • Perform other duties to support other departments as needed.
  • Coordinate/schedule meetings and appointments, maintain calendars, and make travel arrangements, and assist with reporting for assigned executives.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by executives

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
    • Self-motivated and able to appropriately manage multiple projects.
    • Capable of autonomous work toward established goals, not being shy about asking questions when more information is needed and raising concerns when they become apparent
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Excellent attention to detail and fast learner
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
    • Knowledge of and prior experience in office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

    $35,000 – 40,000
